I would be willing to do $25 for you, but I will drop the listing price. By doing that rather than going through an offer, it 'should' trigger reduced if not free shipping and stay within your budget...fingers crossed! Let me know what you think!

emmabean3244 @kaesbass when I try to make an offer it won't let me do $25, it says it has to be between 27-29. Also, are you sure I'll have free shipping? I won't be able to do the offer if not. :(

kaesbass @emmabean3244 Hey! Sorry had a quick work meeting! No no, you don't put in another offer. I'll drop the listing price and it will trigger the shipping price to change for 1 hour. Once I lower the price, you can just purchase normal. Be sure to just decline the current offer if it gives you any trouble! Hope that makes sense?
