simplyposhing @fran_mart1357 Evidently my email and photos didn’t go through in the allowed time frame which blows my mind but what can you do. I thank you for your communication but this situation and process and the bag itself is so disappointing. I was expecting light normal wear not what I had received. I have photos if you’d want to see what I got because it looked nothing like the photos you had posted. But at least it worked out for you right
