dlillian Hi Emma! You recently purchased my Cooperative Printed Bow-Tieback Dress, and I shipped it out today. When I was getting it ready for shipment, I noticed a small hole near the side zipper, which I had no idea was there. While I already sent out your dress, I would like to reimburse you for some of that small damage. Once you receive it, let me know what you think is fair, and I can reimburse you at that point. So sorry for any inconvenience, I feel awful!
