casheroni Hi Emma, I don’t know how else to let you know the status of your order for the 2 pairs of Nike shorts, so I figured I would try this. I missed marks on the pink shorts that I saw when packaging them. I contacted support and requested they issue you an $8 refund for my error. I included a note in the package with a gesture of goodwill until the refund is issued. I will do whatever it takes to get your refund issued as quickly as possible. I am so sorry I missed that!
