I just had an offer from a buyer in Puerto Rico, does Poshmark cover the shipping and tracking there? Or will I have to fill out a customs form or pay for another label? This is my first sale and it’s a pricey so I’m just double checking. Thank you in advance! 🌸

bellaizzymo @2glassslippers Hello!😄 I'm going to do my best to answer this question although I don't know how accurate completely it is. As far as I understand Poshmark is only in the United States so there should not be any international shipping. I know you're really excited to sell your item but you need to be careful because the fact that your item is more expensive makes you more likely and more prone to get scammed.

bellaizzymo @2glassslippers it's against policy to ship outside of the Dominion of the Poshmark community so if you're generating your own label and doing customs you are very likely to get scammed and get your product and money stolen. When you take out the the third party you take away both you and their protection as a seller and the buyer.

bellaizzymo @2glassslippers I think if you wanted to try to sell this product internationally that maybe you can try to sell on eBay where they have an international shipping program and then this way you're still keeping a third party involved in order to protect both you and the buyer. I know you're super excited to try to sell this item and especially since it's pricey and you're probably really excited to be able to make some good money but I would just be very careful.

2glassslippers @bellaizzymo Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed reply! I want to do everything through Poshmark but since I’m new had no idea if they shipped to PR. It looked like she’s bought 3 other items from people on Poshmark but don’t know if they had to fill out customs or pay extra or if it was included since PR is a US territory. Couldn’t really find details on FAQ. Again, thank you for your reply. I really appreciate the advice you’ve given me. 😃
