crainchic2005 @emmarushing if you go to My Puchases and find the shirt u purchased, click on it and where u would normally accept the received item, underneath it it should say Problems/Inquiries. I think its somewhere in that menu to click received the wrong item or to open a case. Poshmark said they contacted you via email as well so maybe they can better explain it. crainchic2005 @emmarushing maybe go to the poshmark menu (the lil person icon on the bottom right) and click on My purchases?! They shouldve sent u an email tho with the shipping label 🤷🏼‍♀️ or maybe try to find Poshmark support. Im not sure bc ive nvr done this either.
