daniel_farthing Hi Emma, I bought your “The Data Abides” t-shirt but USPS have totally screwed up its delivery. The tracking said it was at my local Post Office two weeks ago but when I went there for it they said that was a system generated note and that it wasn’t really there at all (?!). Now the tracking says its being returned to Sender. I really don’t know where it is, or what to do to get you paid and get me my shirt. Any thoughts or ideas from your end? Thanks, Daniel

emmashop821 @daniel_farthing ugh! I’m so sorry this is happening! I’m going to reach out to posh. I see it was rerouted back to me. Was there a time lapse that It was at the post office? Either way, I’m going to message posh and see what they say. I’m wondering if they will just have me resend it! I’ll keep you updated

daniel_farthing @emmashop821 Thanks - I was at my post Office this Tuesday, who denied receiving it at all despite what the tracking said - they claimed the tracking we see ‘auto generates’ some statuses whereas on their own system they can see where an item is actually scanned... and they claimed that that showed it was still at another sorting office. I honestly don’t know what to believe. Hopefully Posh have some experience with this sorta thing. It’s a shame, as that is a really cool & unique t-shirt! :)

Posh did indeed email me for address confirmation which I gave, also letting them know that I get a lot (too many apparently, lol) of Posh deliveries here, and this is the only one to have sadly got waylaid. Ah well... I’ll get it in the end :)

The tracking is being no help (and from what my Post Office told me the tracking we see can be meaningless anyway - it says a return to sender was created at El Segundo post office yet its that exact post office that’s telling me they’ve never recieved it let alone created a return to sender for it... chaos). Ah well...
