luxyeg @emacampbell If I did 500, poshmark takes their 100. With the repair, my earning would drop further to 360 and then free shipping also deducted. Your original offer of 420 without the repair would put me at 336, so the repair and postmarks fee would basically be the same as your 420 offer. I'm trying to have my earnings as close to 400 as possible. :(

luxyeg @emacampbell Hi, so I called another shop and they would charge $30 for the repair but he is away until Tuesday and the repair would take approximately two weeks at their shop. I can go ahead and do this if you wanted to wait that long but I know that is a long time. If I did that we could make the $500.00 work but if you wanted to steal the photo of the rip and email it or show it to a shoe repair shop in Charlottetown to see the cost, it may be cheaper out there and at least you would

luxyeg @emacampbell have the bag in your hands sooner. If you wanted to take the bag as is, I could sell it for 460 and you could use the additional 40 to repair it in your city. The shops said it is a simple repair so it would likely be something someone there could do for you. Let me know your thoughts!

luxyeg I can take additional photos of the bag if you like and send them to you so you get a better idea. The bag is still completely useable and you cannot see the rip unless you are looking directly underneath the bag, it is small and it isn't a hole in the bag where anything would fall out, it's just ripped and there is another layer of leather within so the bag is useable.

luxyeg @emacampbell sorry I was working all day. okay, so the place that can take a few days is 40 to 60 dollars. he wont know until he repairs it. the two week turn around is back Tuesday from holiday and I have to make an appointment to see him apparently so I'll call after Tuesday to book an appt with him. I'll keep u posted

c_lea76 Hi Emma, you recently purchased a Coach Wristlet from me and when I was packaging it to send I discovered a mark on the back of it. l I’ve been selling a few things and I’m assuming the mark came from storing it with other bags and moving stuff around so much because of the holidays. I’m not sure how to handle this as I’m pretty new to Poshmark.

luxyeg Hi! I wont accept the offer until after Tuesday when I can speak to the repair person if that's okay? If I can sell the bag for a reasonable price without doing a repair I'd prefer that because I'd like to buy another bag! And if the repair guy can't accommodate my schedule then I may have missed out on a sale in the mean time. :(

emacampbell @luxyeg the one on the other corner was above the seam more so on the side of the bottom (compared to the one you knew about, which was near the seam on the bottom) and the one in the lining was in the corner of the pocket where the seam meets, by the tag with code. Maybe you didn’t notice them.

luxyeg @emacampbell Did you take any photos before you dropped it off?The one bottom corner that was ripped, the one that needs to be repaired as it is a hole I know obviously needs repair. The other ripped corner? It was the same type of rip on another corner? Because that was not there before I shipped it and there definitely was not a rip in the interior lining prior to shipping it unless it was very small and I didn't notice. I'm so sorry about this I definitely did not intend to deceive you!

I hope the repair isn't a lot more for you! Sorry again! The interior lining I really did not know I am even looking at the photo on my ad and can't see it! =S

emacampbell @luxyeg no I didn’t take any photos, I didn’t even think of it cause I decided to keep the bag after I got the good quote on the repair. It’s the same sort of rip, although not as apparent, I can see how it would have been overlooked. It was on the same end of the bag. It’s possible that it was damaged during shipment but you did pack it fairly well so idk! Yes the rip in the lining is small and because of the placement it’s easily overlooked. No worries tho, it’s gonna get fixed!
