@emmamcnamar hi again. I’ve had something similar happen to me when I’ve ordered off poshmark. I would contact the post and ask them to locate the package since there hasn’t been updates for a week. Tell them it arrived to the sorting facility but has not reached you yet. It may just be sitting in the back room of your post office like mine was.

@emmamcnamar I would contact both! In my case my local post had it in the back. I contacted customer service for CP generally and they made me open a ticket number then never followed up and said it was lost. You have to do a bit of your own digging if you want to find it.
