elle_wells Hi Emma- I received the rating for the Cuyana bag and I’m very concerned! The bag was in perfect condition and clean when I packaged it. Could you please let me know what you found when you received it? I would appreciate knowing just in case there may have been an issue with USPS. Thank you and I’m sorry the bag didn’t arrive the way I had sent it.

elle_wells Hi Emma- checking in again to see if you could provide further feedback regarding the cleanliness of the bag. As mentioned, this bag had no wear and was in nearly perfect condition when I packed and sent it. Also, as mentioned, I had used the bag 3 times, so it was not brand new. I’d like to determine if USPS did not handle the package with care so that I can take extra precautions in the future when packaging items. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
