besinque Hello! I went to usps today and they haven't been able to locate the item. They've advised me to wait a couple of days to see if it pops up. They said there's a possibility it's been shipped so if it does turn up, please let me know! If it doesn't, I can file a claim and of course, if that's the case I will release the funds back to you! I'm so sorry about this!

emherland Thanks for following up! I got an email late last night saying that the label had been created on the 27th (weird that the email came so late...) so we'll see what happens. Hopefully it's on the way!
