If you just tap the “edit profile” tab that’s on your header front page, that will allow you to change your profile and header picture and then under that you’ll be able to change your header name and some other profile info. If you’re wanting to change your @ name, you need to go through Posh for permission to do that. Hope that helps 😊🌸

emptyclosetshop @mdraves In researching it a little, it looks like you can change your username on your own now. The easiest way is to go to “support and help” in Posh under the arrow on your webpage on your computer. It’s the second from the bottom. Then click “view all” under Account and about 7 down you’ll see “how do I change my username”. It gives you all the instructions. If you’re still having problems you can also click “contact support “ in this same area. It’s highlighted in blue. Hope this helps. 🌸

emptyclosetshop @mdraves I’m using an IPhone ( don’t know if it’s different on an android) hit your username tab in the lower right corner on the bottom then scan down to the bottom where it says “frequently asked questions” click that and then there will be a small search icon in the top right. Type in the word “username” and how to change it should come up.
