emy_hall @marciakrankel holidays are usually bad, but goodness 2020 holidays are just ridiculous 🙈🤦🏻‍♀️ I sent an inquiry to customer support and asked if we can track using the tracking number on the label they sent you. Maybe they can help us. I’m sure we will find it soon! I’m sorry, I know it doesn’t release funds until I mark that I’ve received it. Such a bummer.

emy_hall @marciakrankel so not your fault! I hope they aren’t lost either, for both of us. Such a stinky situation. Customer service told me to notify them if tracking hasn’t changed but he 19th, but I don’t have a tracking number. You might have to do that 😬
