Hello, I saw you liked my 18K gold necklace and bracelet set. Sorry, I can't accept your offer. As you can see, my listed price per gram is already more than 50% off the retailer's listing price. 18K solid gold holds its value. My listing price is closer to what I can sell as scrap metal. I wish I could reduce the price for you but I can't sell lower than what I could sell to many online gold scrap metal buyers. I still appreciate your offer. The necklace and bracelet sets are made in Italy.

The absolute lowest price I can do is $1,499 based on today's gold scrap price. I hope you understand gold prices fluctuate daily and in general is trending up for the past few months. Gold is an investment item, not like shoes or handbags. Thanks.

Sorry, I can't do lower than $1,499. Just an FYI, most sellers don't tell buyers how many grams of gold their jewelry weighs. Most buyers just look at the jewelry but not the actual weight but gold jewelry is an investment item. I hope you will find the sets you are looking for. Happy holidays!

@enageri Hello, I saw your offer but I can't lower the price below what I had previously offered you at $1,499. The gold price has since steadily increased and I still have to pay commission listing on site. The reason I haven't sold them to a scrap metal shop is that these items are so beautiful, and I hate to see them destroyed. I am really sorry I will have to decline your offer and hope you understand.

Thank you so much for your response. I don’t know if you know that I have to pay like $100 in taxes for the set so the price will be your offer which is $1499 plus $100 so it is 1600.

@enageri I understand you have to pay taxes. You may also be aware that the site charges me 20% for every item I sell. That's about $300 for this particular item. My necklace and bracelet are 50% below retail value. Actually, you are getting a very great deal. I know you like the items and would really like to sell them to you but I can't sell them at a loss. I am really sorry.
