ennyvenny @danaele I’m so sorry to bother you. This is my first time selling online. I did have a question regarding sales. In the event I mail a package and the buyer says they never received what is the protocol? Do I still make money for the sale? Does the buyer get reimbursed?

danaele @ennyvenny Most likely the buyer will open a case. Poshmark will investigate, based on the USPS tracking info. If it's truly lost in the mail, Poshmark will usually pay the seller, and reimburse the buyer. That's how it happened on a sale I made that the buyer said they didn't receive, though USPS said they did. It may take a few days longer to get your money because of the investigation.

coach_nicole Welcome. Within a few months I became a Posh Ambassador and have learned a few things I thought might be helpful for you. List a variety of items, share both you items in others, build the network of people who follow you and which you follow and lastly take great pictures. Don’t be afraid to update them. I’m still finding different ways to promote my items.
