Please explain your review on the skirt your purchased from me a bit further. Leaving me a "one star" review means that I was malicious and deceitful. That was definitely not the case & "could improve" really doesn't explain much. It was a mint condition/like new skirt that I wrapped beautifully & shipped out ASAP... leaves plenty of room to wonder what you could possibly think needs improving.
