Hey @calmfool not sure why the tracking number hasn’t shown any movement this was left at the post office like 4 days ago I’m currently on my way to find out what’s happening, this is for the Scotch & Soda jacket you purchased. The order is now showing cancelled? Not sure what’s happening.

Hi Ennis, I’m terribly sorry about needing to cancel your recent order. I discovered a teeny tiny hole in the chest area of the sweater. I mended it but the repair was still slightly detectable and I didn’t feel good about sending it out -even at an additional discount.
Please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience my error caused you.
