frostmourne Hi I hate to bother you but I’m looking at a unit from Femme Crystal and I noticed all of the posts have comments from people wondering where their purchases are...is it for real? I don’t want to get caught up in having to chase a big chunk of money back from a seller on here. 😞

enrique_suarez @frostmourne I bought a wig from her last month on the 29th and she still has NOT replied to any of my messages has not shipped anything out. She seems to go online read her comments but then doesn’t reply. I’m so over it. I noticed it way too late in her comments otherwise I would have saved myself the headache and never purchased from her. I’m canceling my order it is not worth it.

enrique_suarez @frostmourne I f you read her bundles which are not private on her page when you click bundles you will see this is a huge issue with her. People buy things from her and she has zero communication with the buyer. No updates nothing!

enrique_suarez @frostmourne good morning, it is no bother. it is all true i just canceled my order with her today. it took one other girl almost a month to get the hair she had ordered. i am going to purchase direct it maybe a litte more but i know i will definetly be getting it.

I’ll find what i want elsewhere. It’s a shame bc she has nice pieces - but tooooo many posts have comments from buyers asking where their orders are. enrique_suarez @frostmourne to think this was supposed to be a surprise gift from my husband 😩 the moment he told me he was having a very hard time contacting this seller I said oh no, let me handle this! Lol Honestly I’d rather spend the money and buy it straight from freedom couture or Nuola wigs than endure this massive migraine ever again! Can’t stress how not worth it is chasing someone down.
