@epatt7 Hello. Yes. Try submitting a new offer for $250 directly from the listing, and I will accept. I think the other offer / counteroffers may have expired. This should work.. If not, I would verify your payment settings with Poshmark , and send Poshmark a message..

@riorromero the belt is exactly as described, but I just tried it on and it’s a little too small and I thought the buckle would have more of a matte finish. Is there any possibility that I can swap this for the hammered red belt one? I know this is asking a lot, but would be greatly appreciated

@epatt7 Hmmm...🤔 you have options: 1. buy the red hermes belt ☺️ 2. have extra holes 3. diet more 4. resell it or 5. ship the item back to me and I'll ship the red one as soon as I get it back but you have to pay the shipping fee for $7+. Honestly, I had an offer for the orange belt for $475 a few minutes you bought it from me, from my other online selling tool so I immediately took it down and said it's not available anymore. @epatt7 thanks for that, I guess you have to just pack it and purchase shipping label online through usps.com or through the post office over the counter and then you can ship it back. And I guess you can't use the return option here at poshmark because you already accepted it and there's no dispute to be filed. I hope that helps! ☺️

@epatt7 yes but it will be off poshmark anymore meaning, poshmark will not be responsible for anything because our transaction done through them has already been satisfied. It's just a matter of trust and confidence now. And we'll just keep track of the shipment through USPS.

You'll have to purchase a new shipping label and I will do the same when I ship the red hermes belt to you, off poshmark. That's why I told you that you will have to pay for all the shipping fees that we'll need to do the exchange.

When I agreed that you can have the red hermes belt exchanged for the orange hermes belt, it is still available at that time but this is business and I would not just let my items be sitting there and wait for you, right? I said ok, but it doesn't mean that it's reserved to you, it's ok until no one purchases it before the returned item's back to me. I hope you understand.

@riorromero can you ask your other purchaser if they’d be interested in the Orange belt instead. I really feel that this is wrong and should be fairly solved. You mentioned this was based on trust and I feel that has been broken with the belt being sold while my item was in transit to you. It would be a different story if I had not yet shipped the belt back to you before the red belt was purchased. Also not sure what you are referring to about the $85 and shipping charge

I will ask the red hermes belt buyer if she likes the orange belt instead. I have to wait for tomorrow to get the orange hermes belt you returned before I offer it to her. Don't worry about it. If it's too big for you and you don't want it, I'll just ask poshmark to process your refund which is of course, subject to their approval. If they don't approve and you don't want either the orange or the red hermes belt, I will personally refund you less the poshmark fee of $85 and shipping fee of $6.49 😞😞😞
