curatedbykat Hi, I’m so sorry but I have to cancel your order for the SW pumps. I was inspecting the shoes as I was getting ready to box them up, and noticed that there was discoloration on some areas of the shoes. I haven’t taken the shoes out of their box since I purchased them, so it appears that the patent leather has yellowed slightly in some areas. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience

kristinamazzio Hi, I’m so sorry I didn’t realize there was a stain. I would totally reimburse you for the dry cleaning if you wanted to keep it I’m just not sure how to navigate that now that the return is processsd. If you know how to please let me know

I’m not so certain how the process works either but the girlfriend plans to take the dress to the dry cleaners and see if they’re able to get it out. If so, she’ll probably hold on to it and I can reach out to Poshmark Customer Service about it. I’ll keep you posted!
