My name is Veronica and I shipped your rolling suitcase case Friday and it was returned to me today. I think it is because of dimensions as the weight is under 10lb and I used the appropriate label. I am currently away in NYC and will be back on Friday and will fedex it to you at my expense.if that is ok. I think I need to relist it and have you offer again so I can send you an empty box the normal channels so I can get payment. Will this work for you? I so apologize for the inconvenience.

@vdavishome I’m sorry but I don’t understand. You can send it by FedEx As you proposed.I’m confused why you would need to post it again and I would need to purchase it again. I’m not in a rush to get it. Thanks

I will do so. I will fedex it when I am back in LA. I will need to send you an empty ups box so it can track and then upon receipt of the fedex and the ups you can rate product and I will get payment as poshmark does not accept fedex. Thank you for your understanding.

@vdavishome sending an empty box seems inefficient and cumbersome and I’m quite confused. How would I mark a delivery received when I haven’t formally received it? I apologize but I just don’t understand. This is all new to me and it would seem to me that you could simply ship in the regular fashion.

I understand that you were saying that you would ship it independently and that I would only rate the product after receiving it by Fed Ex. But honestly I’m a little spooked by all of this.

I am new to poshmark. Not trying to spook you. If you can rate from fedex then I will be satisfied with that. Just wasn’t sure that was an option as everything is done by usps on poshmark.
I know you will be pleased with the product and the condition it is in. So I will send it off on Friday Thank you for all the misunderstanding.
