athenameh Hello Eric. Just wondering if there was a problem with the BRAND NEW WITH TAGS Lands' End long sleeve 3 button plaid shirt that you gave a 1 star rating to? planonit124 @athenameh Hi Athena, I just saw your note so I apologize for my late response. I don’t remember why I only gave you 1* and I don’t remember ever giving anyone lower then a 3* and usually I give 4 or 5* so I am baffled. I’ve bought about 3 dozen shirts in the last month so I don’t even remember which was yours. If I could change the rating I gave you I would because it was probably a mistake. Again my apologies.

w10stan Hi Eric, I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with the polo button up shirt that you purchased. The arms of the shirt were wrinkled which was shown in the pictures and like I mentioned in the description, the price was marked to reflect the wrinkles since I didn’t iron It. I strive for 5 stars and hope you can reconsider your rating. Was there something else wrong with the shirt that wasn’t displayed in the photos?

planonit124 @w10stan I understand. I didn’t go back to your ad to see how you described the shirt when I received it. I have purchased about 75 shirts over the last two months and some people send their shirts directly from the cleaners and others wrapped in a ball. There may be nothing wrong with either but I can’t give 5 stars to both because that would discriminate against the “cleaner shirt”. I will give you another rating but I’m not sure how to revamp the first rating.

planonit124 @retrorockstarz I’ve bought many, many shirts in the last 2 months and I’m not sure which were your shirts. I will say that if I received your 2 shirts in one package then that’s how I rated them. I didn’t just take one shirt and not the other. What do you want me to do? Thsnks

w10stan @planonit124 I don’t think your logic here is fair. If you receive the shirt as It was described, then a 5 star rating is deserved. It’s not my fault that you bought a shirt that was wrinkled versus one that came from the cleaners. When you give me anything below 5 stars, It hurts my credibility with other buyers.

w10stan @planonit124 I shipped the shirt quickly, I folded it, and wrapped It in tissue paper. The shirt was exactly as described in the description and pictures, but then you give me 3 stars because you are comparing my shirt to others that you have received? That doesn’t make any sense to me. I think I made $5 selling you that shirt.

w10stan @planonit124 If I would have taken It to the cleaners or ironed It, I would have broken even or It wouldn’t have been worth selling it at that price. Which is why I stated in the description that the price was marked low because It wasn’t ironed. I know you have 30 days to update the rating. All I ask is that you rate this transaction without comparing it to others.
