eric_kurtz You sent the wrong scarf.... I paid for one that was blue and lite grey, yet you sent me something black / way darker and fake looking.... do you have the blue/ grey one you advertised and “sold me”? This is extremely disappointing

lesmarques @eric_kurtz hello, we are sorry fir this inconvenient but we mentionned in the description that the color of the scarves may be slightly different from the picture because of the light we use to take the shooting of the product in our in-house studio.

eric_kurtz No no no - That is ridiculous; this is not a lighting issue from a picture, you sent me a completely different scarf. You sent a dark blue / navy scarf, the picture is lite grey and a completely different blue. I want my money back ASAP

I sent a note to Poshmark, but the initial purchase was made on an AmEx gift card which I no longer have... I don’t know if you have any control, but if we could just touch base and confirm the account / card the $300 will be returned to (once you receive the item back) that would be appreciated. lesmarques I have no issue sending the money that they send me. But they take 20% of the transaction. If you like could even go half with you on the fees, as a deal gone south is not the first time I lost, but you would be happy. Let me know if you think we can still salvage the order

eric_kurtz @lesmarques I’m not sure what you mean. I have no way of getting the $300 back that I spent on the wrong scarf... this is extremely frustrating and wrong. Now I have no item and threw away $300 for no reason... please help me Sam, is there any way you can send me the refund directly??? I have called and asked them over and over and they refuse to help me. It’s really frustrating and upsetting. @lesmarques
