slyslaymthreads @ericafinlay Hey there.. All I can say is, would you like to return it? My price was amazing and I most definitely do not recall any issue. Before making a case.. Try and ask for a refund or a special offer.. I'm a great seller and I bust my butt to pay for my own name brands. If you are upset, I'd happily take that back with the "pen" mark. Just don't curcify first move. Peace and love, dood

ericafinlay Hi @slyslaymthreads I just responded in the case comments. No worries at all. I realize imperfections can sometimes go unnoticed/overlooked. hchoeun @ericafinlay,hi there Erica...I submitted an email right after I reach out to you and haven't heard a response back from Poshmark, it could be that we are after the 72hr period and they couldn't do anything. If for some reason they are able to, I will inform you. I wish we could've done something sooner, I would've been open and willing to work things out. Ultimately, I want all of my customers happy and will take this as a learning experience.
