evelynsotelo Hi Erica, Im so sorry to hear this was not delivered!! I am contacting poshmark immediately to see how this can be investigated and will gladly ask them to refund if it wasn’t delivered. I’m not sure how long it will take since this has never happened but please know I will take action to make sure you have tour shoes soon.
