It’s my dads birthday gift and i fly out of Florida tomorrow. He’s 70 and he won’t be able to set the watch up on his own so time is of the essence. tocinodejen @recycleshopping the Apple Store can’t do anything. I’ve been on apple support for two hours. It is still registered to y’all. Apple has security sanctions in place so if you don’t deactivate it from your apple account (which isn’t the same as a factory reset) then the watch is useless. I found you on Instagram and DMd you the instructions. It takes 2 minutes to do on an iPhone or computer.
