ginarovere Good morning Erica. I ordered a Splendid jacket from you on 9/30/2024. You said it would be shipped and I have not heard back from you whether you shipped or not. I have left several messages trying to get an answer. Please answer if my item that I ordered has been shipped. If so what’s the tracking info. And if it has not, why hasn’t it been.

ginarovere I ordered from this seller and she confirmed the order. Then for 8 days I requested shipping details and she never responded. I had to get support involved. This seller was unprofessional by not ever answering me or support. 10/7/2024

ericahorn @ginarovere I appreciate your patience, but I am not able to respond every day to multiple messages on 3 different areas within Poshmark. I needed a few days to ship your item due to personal reasons, and I was still within the shipping time according to Poshmark's guidelines. While I intended to ship on time, the volume of your messages and the negativity surrounding them have led me to reconsider our transaction. Thank you for understanding.

ginarovere @ericahorn you actually were not in the timeline and my messages were very polite. You never responded to any except to say you would ship in the morning of my first message then 4 days went by. You are the seller and I am the customer and you can’t put this one on me. You have a responsibility to be communicative and you were not.
