rack1257 Hi Erica, I regret to inform you that I had to cancel your order for the liliana heels, the plastic portion was seperating from the sole of the shoe. I did a final inspection and noticed it while I was packing them for shipment, I would not feel comfortable selling you this as a damaged item😔 Yolanda

bluerubie I just wanted to let you know that your package was shipped yesterday, but I see it doesn't show scanned yet. The Post Office here doesn't always scan unless you wait in line for a receipt. This is the 3rd time this has happened. However, the packages were received on time by the buyer. Small city small PO. Just wanted to let you know.

shopathempstead @shaneenij11 Unfortunately, this is one of the down falls of online purchasing because the seller is not able to try on the clothing prior to purchasing. Also to the seller defense we are unaware of the buyers body dimensions therefore the modifiers are put in place by Poshmark to accurately describe the item to assist the buyer. Buyers are also able to ask questions prior to purchase to help validate prior to purchase.
