danielad84 @edufford It's not bad to request a return but I am not sure what will they decide. Since the earrings went to posh authenticate before they were shipped to you, Posh will handle the case and I can't do anything about it. If the case was open against me directly ( without authentication from posh) then it was gonna be a dispute between me and you and posh would take the final decision. So let's see 🙂

danielad84 @edufford I was already paid for the order dear. Posh released the funds right after their decision. I am sorry about that 😔 Please , for any future orders (for any seller) always do pay attention to the measurements given in the description. They would have accept your return if the earrings were not matching the description but they were. That's their policy. Sellers do not handle returns of items which went to posh authenticate unfortunately. Posh themselves do that.
