@ewg1972 morning I been selling wigs for 25 years in the last 25 years I have never ever had a client walk in with a better wig I sell quality I been on here almost 5 years s perfect 5 star poster you wanted the wig and was specific the wig you bought I sell in my boutique for $120 and on here for $89 sometimes lowering it to $79 I let it go for $65 never go that cheap but I had unexpected bills

you got a swisslace blend a fabulous wig that wig gets nothing but 5 stars the last year I been selling it the color u wanted I had to go to my other shop and spent good part of day looking for because you where being specific I was not happy at all with your low ball offer but I had already invested to much time and felt just chalk it up but that offer was not right after you had me look and was so specific once I did find it you should of paid full price.

Tess just because I didn't give you 5 stars you didn't have to block me. To me, 5 stars means perfection and there isn't anything perfect. Now if the unit was 100% human hair and full lace, maybe. But it was a nice unit. I haven't tried it on yet.

U said u wanted more lace the lace goes back 5 inches in the wig anything more would be a fulllace and the cost is 120 by rating me low you messed up my stats on here I have 528 5 star review and now 1 four star on here you should if you like someone's closet rate 5 stars always in my mind I went the extra mile getting a 4 star fir a wig that is never been rated less after I helped you was a slap on the face and tells me you are not happy with my product

I blocked you so you can't buy from me again I feel if your not happy then why sell you another wig I rather deal with my clients who always give me 5 stars and I don't want to risk getting a 4 star I alaways block a buyer who complains about my merchandise I just feel no sense in doing business with them and risking my stats on posh when you rate someone the average out what kind of seller you are the star rating makes me stat look bad and really affected me

It's not worth it to me then to sell the wig for less was a slap in the face in my opinion even if you didn't like it I should of got a 5 star for the time I spent looking for your color but nothing personal I just cannot have you on my page and risk anymore bad rankings I always feel if a customer isn't happy on here it's best for me not to sell to them anymore but look at my closet I don't sell swisslace wigs for $65 I can't I would be out of business sorry have a good day

Posh FAQ states "purchase ratings feature was developed to provide valuable information to sellers about what their buyer's experience is like. ". Other buyers look at ratings to see if a seller has satisfactory transactions & listings accuracy (i.e. condition, sizing, etc.). I aim for only exceptional transactions & it could deter future sales if that isn't reflected accurately. Thank you!
