ericalynn429 @wandaortiz I have filed a case with the USPS since the return package seemed to make it to your town but hasn’t been delivered. I have also contacted Poshmark for them to escalate on their end.

wandaortiz @ericalynn429 there is no place on the apt to accept receipt of returned item so I sent them another email telling them I received my bag back. Please stay off my site and deal with them. I have be upfront with you from the beginning and I’m the one who asked them to return your money as it was important to me to have satisfaction from my buyers. So please stop posting on my site.

wandaortiz @ericalynn429 Not being nasty just want you to stop posting on my site because it’s gives the impression that I’m the issue and I’ve done everything I could to resolve your issue. I’m the one who told them I would accept a return and you posting an issue you are having with them does not need to be posted on my site. Until you I had a perfect record and so I tried to solve this as i didn’t want a unhappy customer.

ericalynn429 @chantelvaughn Hi, I actually just received it today and the package was ripped open by the time it got to me. The top is now dirty and unsure whether it would come out if I tried to wash it. I may have to return.

hauteresale Hi Erica, I am very sorry to report that I had to cancel your order for the vintage fashion print. I could not find a reasonable packing method. I have spent the last few days doing everything from shopping Walmart, Staples etc to dumpster diving to visiting UPS pack n ship all to no avail.

hauteresale Hi again, I feel terrible about this and this is the first time I have had to cancel an order. Pack n Ship wanted $22.00 just to pack the item in the right size box. That dis not include shipping fee. PM charges me extra for over weight items. One pound over 5 pounds costs me $9.00 extra. 😢
