Erica, your package had a total cost of $31.45. The postman made us pay $13.53 stating that you only paid $17.92 for it. Sorry but I did not give you a good rating due to the fact that you already charged me $6.49 for shipping when I paid for the belt. So basically you had me paying $20.02 in total for shipping. I've bought a lot of items from poshmark and never has anyone sent me a hidden cost. I will keep the belt but I just want you to know not to do that to anyone else going forward.

@nsrmyk6 that doesn’t make any sense. The shipping label is provided by poshmark to the seller. You should send a message to them and maybe they will refund the extra shipping cost you paid. I have never heard of that happening before. I will try reaching out them as well too. Hope they can resolve this.

@nsrmyk6 did you send poshmark a message? It seems like the post office made a mistake as I used the shipping label provided by poshmark. I would never try to impose hidden fees.

@elb_la ok...so the issue was that you used an Express envelope to mail the item to me. Poshmark said they have guidelines for sellers not to use Express boxes/envelopes for mailing. As we can see why now, it increases the shipping big time. You might want to check the guidelines again for reference. My husband and I did take note of the Express label on the envelope and figured it had something to do with that.

@elb_la yes, i got reimbursed for the extra charge on shipping. All's good. I don't know if they will get back to you about their shipping guidelines but since you said you are pretty new here, i just thought i'd let you know.
