4everflamingos @nh_love no worries, it is a mistake I have come close to making several times myself. I was just wondering if you or posh Mark New if the person that received my purse had sent it in the mail yet? I put the watch in the mail on Tuesday 🙂

nh_love @4everflamingos 😃. If you change your mind let me know. So yes I emailed Poshmark regarding the other buyer. They stated that they have sent a reminder to the buyer and they have a process in place for this type of issue.

nh_love Hey if I don’t hear anything from the other buyer by the end of today, I will be emailing PM again tomorrow. I wish there was a customer service number this would be so much easier if I was able to call and speak to an actually person.

4everflamingos @nh_love thanks for continuing to follow up! I put the watch in the mail on Tuesday, June 19th so they should have definitely received their watch by now! Hopefully my purse will come through the mail soon!

nh_love @4everflamingos I sent PM a private message on FB. Maybe you can contact PM to see if they can release your money back to you. I hate the fact that your money is tied up in this mess. I really don’t understand how a person can do this. Whoever this buyer is should be ashamed of themselves.

4everflamingos @nh_love hey! So I got an email saying that PM would be refunding me and still paying you so that’s good! But so now does this lady get to keep my purse for free? So unfair! I agree they should be ashamed. If everyone did what they were supposed to do to resolve the issue, this would have been no big deal. But I guess that is true for most things in life 🙂
