threads4living There is a huge ring of these scammers on Poshmark right now, and they always use the logistics phrase! And the 10-15 days to ship due to the pandemic. 😂

threads4living @ericastorey If the seller has not shipped, you can go to your purchase and scroll down to the bottom at the Problems/Inquiries and contact Poshmark support to cancel your order. Let them know that you discovered it was a scam account. Express that you do not want to wait for the 8th day when you can cancel yourself. Unfortunately if it has shipped, Poshmark will make you wait for delivery.

threads4living @ericastorey The scammers are altering the shipping address label and shipping an empty package to a nearby location with same zipcode. The package shows as delivered, but not to you! Then the buyer messages the seller asking where their package is. The scammer gives the buyer the run around promising to contact USPS and Poshmark for help. Meanwhile the three days you have to file a claim passes and they get your money. 😠 Most new buyers are unaware of that three day acceptance window.

threads4living @ericastorey My flagging worked! Yay! 🥳 That means Poshmark closed them down. Message Poshmark support and let them know the account you purchased from was a scam account. It's been shut down and you want a refund on your purchase. You shouldn't have a problem. 👍
