Hi Erica, I wanted to apologize for the delay in shipping. I am 7 months pregnant and i was having contractions that ended up being Braxton hicks thankfully but i didn't know that. I was discharged this afternoon and just dropped this off at the outside box. I'm so sorry as i usually ship within 48 hours at most. I appreciate your patience. :)

ok first i reached out to you and you never got back to me. I have quite a few of these so wasnt sure what hap. If i was trying to get over i would have blocked you and that was it but you made a mistake not me and i waited with no reply. I absolutely would get it out to you but if your going to rate one star and say i could improve ship time please mention that you rated as recieved, i reached out to you

@emciepleyto find- out what ws going on abd you didn't reply.. to go back and say that without talking to me first is extremely unfair. That was a mix up on your end not mine. U can clearly see from my feedback that i have no issues, take this seriously and have never gotten a bad review

I apologize and like I said it was a mix up on my part - that’s why I was reaching out to you to let you know I didn’t receive it . I didn’t know that what I was doing was wrong by changing that . @emciepley ..i'm absolutely shocked that you would do that without clearing things up with me. I sell on many platforms, i have a ton of packages that go out and i ws the first one to reach out and say hey i think you made a mistake please get back to me. I'm sure there are sellers who would have not said anything but i don't work that way. Customer service is everything to me and i'm beyond baffled as to why you would do that.

You respond telling me you did receive it so i thought you did receive it. You confirmed you received it and now it's my fault? You take it out on me for your mistake? All this time later saying you didn't receive it and change the rating? Again if you didn't i have no problem helping you make it right but again you'r mistake. I tried reaching out, you confirmed you received it. Changing the rating is not just ridiculous it's down right wrong!!!!

Ok - I have no idea that your new to this and yes ratings are extremely important and i work really hard. I'm a single mom of 2 and doing this at home allows me to care for my disabled son. The ratings are so so important and i apologize for not realizing you didn't know. I want to make this right. So i will absolutely send this to you. Again i thought you did and bec i have more than one, i wouldn't realize having an extra.
