lizzydibella46 Hi Erica. I just recieved a reminder about shipping out your sexy skeleton costume. I went to the post office yesterday Tuesday morning November 23rd and shipped it out but they haven't scanned it yet. I reached out to poshmark to let them know it was already shipped waiting to be scanned. I am sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you. I have never had an issue like this before. Liz

lizzydibella46 Hello Erica. I just figured out what has happened with your package. I believe I recieved a shipping label that I had already used previously and when they go to scan it they won't ship because it already says it has been shipped. I will go to the post office tomorrow to rectify. It must still be sitting there. I am so sorry and understand if you want to cancel your order. my apologies.

lizzydibella46 Hello again. I went to the post office and the package was not there they ended up sending it to the wrong address. I was given the wrong label. lesson learned I will have to inspect the label next time. I contacted the person who is in receipt of my package and asked them to refuse the package. I am waiting for a response from them. Never the less I feel so bad and understand completely if you want to cancel and get your money back. Hoping to resolve soon. My sincere apologies, Liz

lizzydibella46 Hi Erica. I just sent an email to poshmark support. I spoke to the customer who is in the receipt of your costume and asked poshmark if they can send her a prepaid label so it doesn't take any longer than it already has. Please accept my apologies. I truly feel awful. Thx, Liz

lizzydibella46 I am so glad you finally recieved your item. I appreciated your patience as we resolved the whole label issue. I inspected the costume and never saw a hole in it as I had only wore it once. My sincere apologies again. Thank you Liz
