I appreciate you countering my offer. These are all new items that have never been used with the exception of swatching. The only reason that there are scratches is because they were in a bag. I believe that $30 and free shipping is a very generous offer. I went ahead and counter do you with $28. Feel free to decline if you feel this is unfair.
