mamabearhair I just saw your comment. Unfortunately, since it's been almost 4 months since you purchased, there is nothing I am able to do on my end with Poshmark because the sale has been closed. Poshmark gives us a 3 day window. There's no way to prove it wasn't being used during those 4 months and broke from misuse or such. For future purchases, make sure to examine the item and test it out within 3 days of receiving it before accepting the order so you can make a return request.

mamabearhair I am so sorry that one side isn't working. It was new without box, so I never used it. Maybe it was damaged in transit. Try contacting the company directly; they may know what to do. It is still a great deal regardless since even the single ones are more than $100 and you said one side works well. Hope you're able to figure it out!
