tdburress I’m so sorry you were not 100% happy with your order. Not sure why your box had been opened when it arrived ? I would suggest making your local post office aware of that for sure. I’m not sure about a hole either in one of the black heels. I pride myself in my honesty in all my posts. However I know I’m only human and could have missed it upon inspection. I am truly sorry that your disappointed. Thank you for the feed back.
