ms_jasminee97 Hi Erica! You recently bought the black Ted Baker coat from me! I took it to the dry cleaners before posting it but I realized when they put the buckle back, they put it on backwards. Im currently getting fixed, I wouldn’t want you to deal with that. I’m so sorry for the delay!

ms_jasminee97 @ericamag hey, happy Wednesday! Quick update, the dry cleaners is having trouble getting the buckle back on, they said they’d give me an answer on Monday whether they were able to get it fixed or not. I am terribly sorry for this, this has never happened to me before. Whatever answer i get on Monday, ill let you know and we can work something out to get you a coat, if you still wish to do so! again, I'm so so sorry.

ericamag @ms_jasminee97 Must not be a very dry cleaners if they were able to put it on the first time but can’t seem to do it correctly the second. I would just pick it up from them (get your money back of course) and take a picture of what exactly is going on with the belt. If it still overall looks good, I’m still interested. And I’m sure that it’s something that can be fixed (by the right place) 😊

ms_jasminee97 @ericamag completely agree! I gave them until Monday to find a solution to their issue. Come Monday, if they couldn’t find a solution, I will be getting my money back and a reimbursement for the repair. I appreciate your understanding so much, I want to get the coat to exactly what you’re expecting. This is definitely not something you should be dealing with and I’m gonna do anything I need to to get you this coat!
