nereichek Erica So sorry I didn’t know how to measure the circumference of the hat I think I’ve got it now by measuring each direction of the opening. It’s brand new never worn and just beautiful you can make it smaller by adding anything you’d like underneath the band cardboard or fabric and the materials straw so as you know it stretches after wearing in a while. hoarderhaven I did the best I could on your order, it was over 10 pounds overweight and before I could do anything my helper took it down to the post office and had to pay about $25 for the extra weight.
