You made the purchase on 8/6, after post office operating hours from what I remember, and I shipped during post office hours on 8/7 which is next-day shipping. I had no control over the amount of time it took to get to you from Texas, but I’m still sorry if there was a delay during shipping and hope you enjoy the backpack.
