Thank you so much for your heads up! I heard of this stuff happening, but I don't understand how it works. I thought when you accepted your order, Poshmark would then pay the seller. How did she get the money if you didn't receive the bag?!

@erickar767 hi :) I see you have attempted to warn buyers that I am untrustworthy. However, I’m not sure if you saw my message in response to your first message this morning, explaining that the bag was returned to me after shipment and that I can help you either cancel or receive your item if you still would like it. I did not receive a response instead I received a negative message on all of my items.

@erickar767 And as for the payment, I see you are new to Poshmark so this may be unclear, but Poshmark keeps the payment until the order is accepted. So no worries, I did not take your money. I can help you cancel if that is what you would like to do.

@family1019 hi :) yes you are correct, Poshmark keeps the money until the order is accepted so there is no way for me or any seller to take a buyers money.

@jensicampos Thank you! Maybe this will be a learning point for you and your sales. Don't let things slip theough the crack or you will loose customers. I had planned on purchasing many items from you, but not when I have to wait weeks for the item, and then to find out it got "slipped through the cracks and lost" .
Maybe better organization skills would be helpful on your end when you are doing this kind of work. I apologize for the negative comments.

Hey. I’m sorry you had to go through that! I don’t have a relationship with the seller that you had messaged me about, but most of us here on Poshmark are legitimate and really care about our buyers and our sales. Do not let one bad experience turn you away from Poshmark. I would recommend messaging them and letting them know that you never received your item. They will have a record of it. They are more likely to be able to help you. I hope that your situation gets solved. Best of luck

Also, there are problems that the post office is responsible for. It is always best to contact the seller first, but Poshmark will always help you and the seller mediate any problems. If the post office made a mistake, it’s really their fault, not the sellers. Hopefully the seller is trying to fix this with you, as most of us would do. I hope that you feel better about this soon.

@jensicampos Miss communication? You had one simple job to do, and then reminded about, you still couldn't get it done. So, don't make this seem like I'm the one that screwed up the order, when in fact you simply can't stay organized enough that you completely forget that I even purchased the bag.
