1 star is ridiculous. If you want a new shoe, buy a new shoe. We took exact photos with an exact description. Sorry that didn’t meet your unrealistic expectations. Probably should find a new site if you don’t like how this one works.

understand that these items are hard to find. most ppl take pride in keeping there shoes looking top quality. unfortunately this particular shoe seems like they were wore quite often and not catered to properly. no one's fault. I'm just very meticulous about my shoes. I apologize for my rudeness. good luck!
