erikah1978 @susanwillis hi Susan. I am having a problem with this delivery. I get multiple Deliveries every week from work and for personal so I’m not understanding why this one is being delayed. I received a notice saying that an additional $6.80 needs to be paid for this delivery. Unfortunately I am out of town until tomorrow so I’m not able to address this until then. I’m not sure the problem.

I printed off the label and attached it like always. I have no idea what is going on. Hopefully it will get worked out when you get home. Susan

erikah1978 @susanwillis so the problem was is that you used a flat rate shipping box of $21. You paid the shipping based on weight but you chose the wrong box to ship it in.
