ginad1974 @ecsanchez322 - Ah yes, always best to get measurements first. You can return an item if it does not match the description. However, I believe you cannot refuse if the item doesn't fit. In those cases, I've seen people reposh the item.

ecsanchez322 @ginad1974 Yup! Figured it out AND made my 1st sale. Woohoo! Now, as far as shipping box, I can use a standard brown box that does not exceed 108”. Is that correct? And that translates to nothing over 5lbs and 3ft by 3ft ?

ginad1974 @ecsanchez322 - Well congrats to you!!! 🎉 Yes, you can certainly use a brown box, 5 lbs is the weight limit for the standard shipping label they send. I actually order boxes from the post office and have them shipped directly to my house in lots of 10 - it's free!! Stay away from the flat rate boxes though, the post office will charge you when you drop your package off.

ginad1974 @ecsanchez322 - Just a Posh tip: I always try to wrap my item and make it look pretty. I also include a hand written thank you card and small gift, such as a little candle. The extra thought goes a long way with your buyers! 😉

ginad1974 @ecsanchez322 - Aww, it's ok! Certain things on Poshmark can be confusing at times. If you go into your news feed and find the comment where a particular shopper added one of your listings to a bundle, you want to click on the item they bundled. That will bring you to the dressing room. There you will see a blue icon that says offer. Click on that to make a private offer to this one shopper.

daniella1819 @ecsanchez322 100 percent real, unfortunately I didn't keep the box or extra tips, The scuffs are very light and hardly noticeable when you wear them as you can see in the pictures they are in a good condition and that price is absolutely my lowest since these shoes were very expensive :(
