Hi Erica, you recently purchase a bridal hair vine from me. Unfortunately I cannot find it. I just moved, and it seems to be lost somewhere in the boxes. I have the same one in silver instead of the gold (that is the one I used even though my dress was ivory). Would you like that one instead, or would you like me to cancel your order? I purchased the electric picks bracelet from you and wore it one day and it broke!customer service and they would be able to replace.They are asking for either the email or name associate with the original order.I wanted to check to see if you wouldn’t mind providing me with either detail to can exchange for a new one as company has lifetimeguarantee.
