foresttreasures So much to tell. First, I don't know if you sell anywhere else online, but POSHMARK is different. It is a very social site. The more you participate in sharing, commenting, parties, etc.... the more followers you get & the more exposure your items will receive. It has been my experience that Poshers are very willing to help each other grow their businesses & are quick with compliments & congrats. It is a nice feeling when someone just pops in to say they enjoyed looking through your closet.

foresttreasures As far as listing, just make sure your listings are well lit and the items clean & wrinkle free as much as possible. Poshmark encourages you to model your items, so if that is your thing, do it! It doesn't hurt to show your personality & make your listings pretty, or fun, or even putting putting together styled outfits. Look at a lot of other closets & see what makes you happy & follow your instincts.

foresttreasures Best way to grow your closet..SHARE SHARE SHARE. Once you have followers, share others listings to your followers. There are 4 parties per day. Share YOUR listings that match the party theme. You can always congratulate a host. Don't be shy. Tell them you're new & would love a Host Pick. Each host gets 100 picks per party. They are always looking for great items that match the theme. Most have a listing in their closet telling you about the party & that's where you can go to leave a comment.

foresttreasures Poshmark IS time consuming but once listed you don't have to keep relisting. It's there till sold or you take it down. Stay POSH compliant. (look up rules for listing) Be prepared to NEGOTIATE. Most buyers want a discount,. Keep that in mind when pricing. Last thing..... have FUN! Love what you do & POSH is fun, especially when things are selling! :) Please let me know when you get some listings done if I forget to check. I'mhappy to share to my followers. I wanted to know if you would be alright waiting a few days for me to be able to get the boots shipped or if you would prefer to cancel the order and I send you an offer once I find a printer? Which way would work best for you?

yourgoodfortune Welcome new Posher, whether you are going to buy, or sell I'll give you some advice. Make sure you share your own items to your followers frequently. Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet, and when you share other Posher's items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. I carry Coach, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, and Michael Kors in my closet and list more every day, I hope you'll stop by and take a look.
