erikaroshel @niomaandme I actually do. I’m curious as how the shipping goes with receiving payment? Because of hearing so many scamming stories I’m scared to let my merchandise go without have the payment first. How do I know the check will clear?

niomaandme @erikaroshel hi! As soon as an item is purchased, buyer is charged. If there’s an issue w/payment (expired card or insufficient funds), you’ll receive an immediate msg stating there is a problem w/payment. Poshmark will contact buyer for another payment form. Shipping label is not released until sufficient payment is successfully made

erikaroshel @niomaandme okay so so I have to link my card then? Because if iso I haven’t done that. And what had me confused is because I have gotten emails from people saying they’re gonna send me a check, to take the ad down, I have to put my money out when the shipper brings me the check, I’m to give the merchandise and pay to ship it to them but is including the shipfee in the check. I just wasn’t comfortable with sending anything until I receive payment ya know?

niomaandme @erikaroshel those msgs are from scammers. At bottom of msg tap FLAG icon, tap OFFLINE POSHMARK TRANSACTION. Poshmark will handle the rest. Scammers Msg will be immediately removed; but if u respond, your msg will remain. You’ll need to link a bank account so u can transfer your Posh earnings to bank account.

niomaandme If u received msg in personal email, screenshot msg. From poshmark app, tap your closet name (maroon tool bar, far right corner) tap “POSHMARK SUPPORT CENTER” ; tap “CONTACT POSHMARK SUPPORT”. U can email support from this point & attach copy of email u received. Usually takes 24hrs to here from support

niomaandme @erikaroshel to add a card: tap closet name (from maroon toolbar); rap “MY PAYMENTS” (12th option down); tap “ADD CREDIT CARD”. To add bank acc: tap closet name; in upper right corner , tap green $ icon; tap “REDEEMABLE”; tap “BANK DIRECT DEPOSIT”; from there u should be able to add bank info...not sure u’ll be able to add bank act w/o balance to redeem but try
