blancalucero247 If you're a true Posh Ambassador, how come you won't respond to the conversation regarding the wrong item you sent? I'm sure you see updates. You continue to update your poshmark listings early before 4AM. I understand you are active & received the updates about comments like this one. I escalated the conversation suspecting you may not respond. Seems you're avoiding communication. Please assist to resolve the matter: refund if you can't send the item I purchased. ririlux @blancalucero247 Hi Lucero, You reached out a week later about receiving the wrong item, but your purchase was already accepted. You messaged me at 4 AM, then reported my page, left negative comments, and falsely accused me of selling fakes. Instead of communicating, you spread false claims and tried to hurt my business. This could have been resolved professionally. I’ll be contacting Poshmark Support, but I’m still open to a mature resolution.
